Monthly measures

Occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR and gross revenue summarize the month. The current month is partial through the viewing date.

By room category

Compare categories by units, nights sold and performance measures. The final row summarizes the property.

By channel

Compare booking sources and each channel’s share of monthly revenue. The share bar uses the month’s gross revenue as its reference.

By month

Review monthly figures. Future months reflect existing bookings; history from before switching systems is marked unavailable.

Export the figures

Use Export CSV to take figures into a spreadsheet. The recording does not trigger an export.
