Overview

Install InnSync from your browser and configure notifications on your phone or computer. Use the chapters to follow each step in the recording and refer back to the written instructions.

Install on iPhone

In Safari, add InnSync to the Home Screen. Open its icon and allow notifications; the installation shown is illustrated.

Install on Android

In Chrome, add the icon through the menu. Then enable and allow notifications; the video uses an illustration.

Device help

Use help for device-specific steps and notification troubleshooting. Choose the instructions for your device and check notification permission.

What arrives

The displayed notification is illustrated, not a real delivery. Alerts depend on activation, permission and preferences.

Personal preferences

Each person chooses guest-message and internal-chat alerts. Also check who is called for each notice type.

Your daily overview

Follow arrivals, departures and guests on the home screen. Bottom navigation contains home, messages, Carmen and menu.

The booking calendar

On the calendar, tap an available night to book or block it. Open a booking to review its details.

Daily front desk

Arrival, departure and in-house lists are also available on the phone. The front desk links to daily closing.
