Overview

Set category rates, adjust dates and seasons, and review booking rules before opening sales. Use the chapters to follow each step in the recording and refer back to the written instructions.

Category rates

Set the standard rate, weekend rate and minimum nights. An empty weekend field keeps the standard rate; no changes are saved in the video.

Rates by date

Compare categories side by side in rates by date. Each cell shows the rate and available rooms for that night.

Set a seasonal period

Select the date range and edit only the rates that change. Set minimum nights or close sales, then review the summary before applying.

Cancellation behavior

The policy appears in Content. In the recording it is undefined and has no dedicated editor; arrange configuration with the InnSync team.
