Before you start

Overview

Read the room calendar, enter a direct booking, block dates and move a stay between rooms. Use the chapters to follow each step in the recording and refer back to the written instructions.

Read the calendar

Rooms are rows and nights are columns. Identify the source by color and provisional bookings by dashed blocks.

Select the dates

Select the first and last available night. InnSync calculates the amount using each daily rate.

Guest details

Enter guest name and contact details. Check the calculated rate and adjust if a different price was agreed.

Review and confirm

Review the summary before creating. After confirmation, the booking occupies the calendar and removes those nights from channel sales.

Block dates

Select nights and block dates for maintenance or owner use. The dates are also removed from channels.

Move a guest

The change-room action lists available rooms. Review the move: rate unchanged, channels updated and no automatic guest notice.

Check the result

Check the booking in its new room and the availability released in the previous room. The move does not change the agreed price or notify the guest automatically.
